What have I been doing lately? I've been quite a food adventurer with darling hubby. Enjoying the joy of baking, in fact baking brings joy to the whole family. there were carrot cake, curry puffs. And what about my calorie ? I haven't been updating my calories counter app for centuries.. I set my alarm clock so that I could wake up and run early in the morning... but it all turned into dreams.I only run outdoor on weekends and a couple of run on my tredmill.
Let's get back to serious business here. Stick to my goal to lose 20 kgs this year.. that'll be 1.66 kg per month !
